The Difference between Sand the the Living Room

Ok, there are probably many differences.
But one that is prickly in my mind doing any snatch test like activity,
is that I do not want to push the limits.

I really don't want a $1000 hole in the floor.

So Thursday I did snatches like this
24kg 13 Left, 15 Right
16kg 15 Left, 15 Right

My rhythm was 5 reps per hand at the 30 second mark (rest.. locked out)

It's a baseline.

That's a WISE man, not to tempt fate with heavy weights and fragile flooring.

However, you DO need to get out to a park, lawn, or somewhere other than your living room to push yourself more than once a week!
