After joint mobility, I started with double 16kg snatches
(16kg + 16kg) x 24 double snatches
It was a nice change.
Then
16 kg: 29 Left, 34 Right

Not bad. But remember that your goal is the RKC snatch test, so the sooner you get to doing exactly that, the better your outcome is going to be.

Welcome back!
Before you left you told me to do 16kg RKC numbers + 5 on each hand,
3 times per week.
Is it OK to start using th 24kg now?
And how often?
